Key responsibilities:
- You will support the Cabin Crew Manager in the supervision of the Flight Attendant’s team and all cabin crew service-related activities in the company, maintain and update Flight Attendants personnel files and departmental documentation to ensure that information is accurate and easily accessible, suggesting improvements and ammendments whenever required, in order to guarantee that passengers are provided with a personalized and efficient service.
- You will participate in the establishment of operational standards, flight crew training requirements and programs, check procedures and training syllabi, to guarantee that the training programs and standards are the most adequate to cabin crew members.
- A main responsibility will be to support in the publications of cabin crew related directives and manuals, proposing suggestions and improvements in order to ensure that cabin crew members are provided with the most updated information regarding safety, abnormal and emergency procedures, passenger service-oriented material.
- You will perform research concerning regulations, training and new products for flight attendants in order to propose developments and improvements on cabin services and cabin crew members instruction to ensure that the client complies with the most up to date procedures, polices, best practices and cabin-service oriented material.
- You will be required to support the Cabin Crew Manager in the ident and analysis of cabin crew-related irregularities, proposing to her/him suggestions of suitable actions that could help in the resolution and prevention of issues from re-occurring.
- You will assist the Cabin Crew Manager in performing regular check flights in order to evaluate the professional standards and development of cabin crew members and suggest additional training when required.
- You will participate in the recruitment of cabin crew members, providing inputs regarding the selection process, in order to ensure that the best applicants are selected.
Liasing with the Flight Centre on scheduling aircraft within the assigned fleets, in order to ensure that all aircrafts are efficiently crewed and policies and procedures are followed is a hugely important part of the job.
- You will assist the Cabin Crew Manager, providing inputs on the development of new passenger cabin service-oriented material and definition of cabin specifications for new aircraft types introduced to the fleet, in liaison with the Director of Cabin Appearance, to ensure that the cabin crew perspective is taken into consideration to create high quality products for the customers and functional aircrafts.
Experience
-3-5 years of experience in commercial aviation;
-At least 2 years of previous experience as a Flight Attendant for the client or a similar outfit
-Knowledge of aviation legislation and regulations;
-Leadership (e.g. developing self and others, providing guidance, motivating inspiring and recognising others).
-Communication (e.g. sharing, facilitating the exchange of useful and relevant information, selecting the appropriate ways to communicate, being assertive);
-Thinking problem solving (e.g. seeking solutions, anticipating problems, understanding how ones actions impact on company results).
