Project Management Support - Facilities Management
This role involves providing Project Management support to the Workplace Services (Facilities) team for our large defence client. There are 24 sites across the UK and there are 6 Regional Managers who are responsible for clusters of sites and their facility requirements. These requirements maybe include refurbs, office moves and new builds. The Project Manager would support the Regional Managers with specific projects. Mainly to take the brief from the customer, develop the project Life Cycle Management process, detail the design and distribute out the contractors. They will have a number of projects to manage and budgets of approx £250,000.
The candidate will have some proven Facilities Management experience Project Managing. This experience does not need to be extensive. It would be a good opportunity for somebody looking to develop their career. This role could take them to a Regional Manager role. The role wouldn’t t be suited to a Construction Project Manager.
