An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Avionics Technician in Anglesey, North Wales supporting the delivery of a SAR task.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role and will have Rotary experience. Candidates will provide Sea king helicopter maintenance and additional technical support to the site management team.
Responsibilities
Supervision of Technicians (multi-trade)
Undertake aircraft maintenance within the trade as tasked by the Shift Supervisor.
Independent inspections.
Preparation of aircraft for road or air transportation.
Assisting with the ground movement of aircraft.
Supporting flight line operations.
Second signature for own trade group and any other engineering tasks.
Skills
Served an Apprenticeship, service equivalent trade training, NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
Supervisory experience.
Full driving licence.
Sea king training can be provided, however rotary experience is an essential for this role.
Lynx, Merlin and Apache experience will be considered.
The salary is £26,644 per annum which does include shift allowance, plus an outstanding benefits package.
