Ref No CB956: Traveller Site Team Leader
LOCATION: Cambridgeshire
We are looking to recruit a full-time Traveller Site Team Leader.
The role focuses on the management of two sites owned and managed by our Client. Reporting directly to the Housing Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all site related issues, managing site wardens, dealing with pitch applications and allocations, repair and maintenance issues and financial issues involved with the management of the site. The post will also involve extensive partnership working with external agencies.
We are seeking someone who is energetic, pro-active and has experience of working with the gypsy/traveller community. Knowledge of Gypsy and Traveller legislation is essential as is an in-depth knowledge of the culture and support needs of the travelling communities. You should possess excellent communication skills and be highly effective and influential in inter-agency working. It is essential to be well-organised and possess the determination to deliver a high quality service.
Knowledge of budget management and health and safety issues is desirable.

Salary details: £27,599 - £34,640 per annum
